When reporting an issue

If possible, include:

• a short description of what happened
• the currencies involved
• your iPhone model
• your iOS version
• the QuietRate version
• a screenshot, if it helps explain the issue

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification, or other sensitive personal information.

Exchange-rate questions

QuietRate provides reference-rate information rather than tradable or guaranteed exchange rates.

The amount offered by a bank, card network, merchant, exchange service, or money-transfer provider may differ because of timing, fees, spreads, provider methodology, and other factors.

Data sources

Production source and methodology information will be published on the Sources & Methodology page before QuietRate’s public release.
